This personal journal displays Sleep, Recovery, Strain, Workouts and body measurements retrieved with the account owner's consent through the official WHOOP API.

Connection tokens are stored on the server. The WHOOP client secret is never sent to the browser. The account owner has chosen to publish these health metrics. Personal email addresses, account identifiers and connection credentials are excluded from the public data.

Data refreshes when the page is opened and every 15 minutes while it remains open. Access can be revoked through WHOOP. For data removal, contact the site owner.
